In Other Jane...

I had really intended to do a wrap-up each week of what's going on around the Jane in June universe, but that didn't quite happen.  So here's a little catch-up of things I don't think you should miss.   (Note: this is just a sampling of all the awesome Jane out there at the moment; I'll try to come back soon with another sampler)

* Miss Eliza @ Strange and Random Happenstance is once again giving away an awesome giclee print of one of her Austen-based works.  It's called "This is not to be Bourne!" and you can enter to win it here.

* Maria at "My Jane Austen Book Club" is giving away a copy of Victoria Connelly's The Perfect Hero, which she claims fans of A Weekend with Mr Darcy will love.  (You can read my review of Connelly's A Weekend with Mr Darcy here.)
*  I can't recall if I told you about this one in my last warp-up, but if I did, it bears repeating: Liz @ Consumed By Books is giving away an "Austen Overview" prize pack, and it is awesome.  My favorite thing about it?  The Jane Austen journal that's up for grabs.
Or perhaps you'd care to try your hand at winning Liz's Sense and Sensibility prize pack, which comes with an awesome tote and a gorgeous cloth-bound edition of S&S!

(Liz also just reviewed Emma, and I think you should check that out, too)

* While you're thinking of S&S, you may want to check out The Introverted Reader's review of Scones and Sensibility, which she says is A-dor-able.

*Speaking of reviews, Allison @ The Allure of Books just reviewed Only Mr Darcy Will Do, by Kara Louise, and her excited tweeting to me when she finished it convinced me to swap out one of my planned JnJ reads for my copy, which I had intended to save for next year.  (And having read well into the night, I can tell you now, I'm pretty sure I'm going to agree with Allison on this one.  As I usually do...)

* I already told you about Captain Wentworth's Boating Party, hosted by Velvet @ vvb32 reads.  Though the boating party has since ended, the goodies are still there for the perusing - and possibly, the winning, including a lovely selection of Capt W books.
Velvet also had a lovely excerpt and giveaway of Syrie James' The Lost Memoirs of Jane Austen, and a giveaway of Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters (both end June 26th)

* Lastly, Danya from A Tapestry of Words did  Kiss, Marry, Kill feature on Pride and Prejudice, and I definitely think you should go weigh in!

Oh, and of course there are a bajillion guest posts, interviews, reviews and giveaways here at Jane in June headquarters.  You can find out about all of that by clicking the button below...

Until next time!
