You'll be seeing my thoughts on this book very soon, but until then (and because I have a firm belief that anything fairy tale based should be read aloud), I thought I'd give you a little teaser of the style, as well as a chance to win a copy!
Enjoy (and sorry for the slight blurriness)!

This giveaway is US only and ends April 22nd at midnight, EST (sorry INTL folks! But stick around, there are international giveaways!)
To enter, make sure you are registered on the FTF giveaway registry, and then fill out the Rafflecopter form below.

Fantasy, 416 pages
Expected publication: May 5th 2015 by Bloomsbury Children's
A thrilling, seductive new series from New York Times bestselling author Sarah J. Maas, blending Beauty and the Beast with faerie lore.

When nineteen-year-old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a beast-like creature arrives to demand retribution for it. Dragged to a treacherous magical land she only knows about from legends, Feyre discovers that her captor is not an animal, but Tamlin—one of the lethal, immortal faeries who once ruled their world.

As she dwells on his estate, her feelings for Tamlin transform from icy hostility into a fiery passion that burns through every lie and warning she's been told about the beautiful, dangerous world of the Fae. But an ancient, wicked shadow grows over the faerie lands, and Feyre must find a way to stop it . . . or doom Tamlin—and his world—forever.

Perfect for fans of Kristin Cashore and George R. R. Martin, this first book in a sexy and action-packed new series is impossible to put down!

I know you're doing a whole thing with the Fairy Tale Fortnight, so although this doesn't match with any of your posts, I wanted to share it: https://storify.com/didic/cinderella-survivor. It's a perspective about Cinderella that I thought was really refreshing.

    1. Thank you very much for that. It put into words something that I've always felt about Cinderella, and part of what has always bothered me about how people talk about it. (Now, talking about the OTHER characters in Cinderella = fair game...). I'm going to be reviewing the movie, and I will definitely be sharing that link in the review. =D
