In My Mailbox: February

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren.  Stop by and check it out, and share your own finds!

I do mine a little differently -- no shocker there.  I know I won't post about an IMM every week (and it's so much more impressive when I post them all together ;p) so I  make one grand IMM post at the end of the month, debuting on the last Sunday.

For the month of February, I fed my TBR beast with:

The Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan
The Titan's Curse by Rick Riordan
The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan
Need by Carrie Jones
Bone Crossed by Patricia Briggs
Impossible by Nancy Werlin
The Morganville Vampires by Rachel Caine (includes Glass Houses and The Dead Girls' Dance)
I, Coriander by Sally Gardner
The Secret Books of Paradys by Tanith Lee (includes The Book of the Damned, The Book of the Beast, The Book of the Dead and The Book of the Mad)
Jennifer Government by Max Barry
Lamb: the Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal by Christopher Moore
The Lorax by Dr. Seuss + Lorax stuffed animal! (This is my favorite Seuss; apparently I was a mini-activist...)

If I Stay by Gayle Forman
I Heart You, You Haunt Me by Lisa Schroeder
-- both from the awesome Angela!

Vampire Haiku by Ryan Mecum, as part of Vampire Week.  Thanks, Velvet!!!
The Archangel's Kiss by Nalini Singh, courtesy of That's QUEEN Bitch to You!.  Thanks!

and Falling, Fly by Skyler White
First Daughter by Eric van Lustbader
Last Snow by Eric van Lustbader
Titus and Atreus by Meridi Myers
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: Dawn of the Dreadfuls by Steve Hockensmith

According to Jane by Marilyn Brant

  1. No way! Secret Book of Paradys is on its way to me right now from PBS! Been wanting to read that for the longest time! Wohoo! :) :)

  2. Wowsy! You bought a lot of books. Enjoy the books you got!

  3. What a great haul! I love the Morganville Vampires series, it's one of my favourites, so I can't wait to see what you think. I've not read I, Coriander, but I received two other Sally Gardner books to review this week, so I look forward to seeing what you think of that, too! Happy reading, and I look forward to your reviews! :)

  4. You got some great books this month. I have the Percy Jackson series too but have only had time to read the first one. I also have the Morganville Vampires series on my TBR stack. Again, I have only read the first couple. My IMM is here. Happy reading!

  5. Nice loot!

  6. Great selection this month - I've got the Percy Jackson series but have only read the first book. I've had the Morganville Vampires series on my wishlist for what seems like forever so I hope you enjoy them!

  7. Ahh, Jennifer Government. Have you ever played Nation States before?
