A Few Snag-Worthy Tales to Get You Started!!

where you can access the schedule! Or go here to get involved!

There have been a number of excellent deals on fairy tales lately, which I can only attribute to the idea that FAIRY TALE FORTNIGHT IS TAKING OVER THE WORLD MUAHAHAHAHAHAAAaaaa aa a... ahem. Sorry, not sure what happened there.

As I was saying, maybe I'm just really attuned to these things, but I keep seeing fairy tales and the like popping up in Kindle daily deals and bargain bins and such, and thought it would be a good idea to share those with you early on, in case you want to snatch up a good deal and join in on the FTF fun!  So I've spent the last few hours doing the legwork for you, and finding you some great deals to help you get a jumpstart on your fairy tale reading! Some of these are limited time offers, so get while the gettin' is gettable. ;)

[But seriously, though. Some of these may be on special for the next few days - or just today! - and some may have only a few bargain bin copies, so...]

They are a mix of ebooks and physical copies, direct retellings and fairy tale-esque tales, middle grade, YA and adult - sorry I couldn't sort them for you, but there was just no way. Besides, I can't do your shopping for you! (Though if I may, I cannot even stress how much I recommend snatching up Sun and Moon, Ice and Snow for $5, or Magic Under Glass for $1.59!!! And a few of these are going to be featured in FTF, or are sitting in my piles, waiting patiently for their turn, like First Frost, the 2nd Hero's Guide book, and more!)

At the time of this posting, all of these are under $5, and many of them considerably so. (There are a couple exceptions to this, but in those cases, they're $5 and change, so still great.) And the first one, Scarlette, is absolutely free TODAY ONLY.

Have fun and happy reading!!
(see more after the jump!)

  4. I have Book of a Thousand Days in paperback and it will suck you right in so don't start it if you don't have time to read it! And the sequel to The Hero's Guide to Saving Your Kingdom called The Hero's Guide to Storming The Castle is right around the corner!!!! Great books up there. Might have to load up the Kindle. How many can it hold?
