  1. Without a routine I fall apart emotionally- you're right, this is so important! I'm also a read-before-bed person (although not IN bed, because then I read instead of sleeping). Kindle is great for that because of the blue shade setting that is easy on your eyes and helps with falling asleep. Also, we have a timer set on our floor lamp that turns it off at 10pm, so if I'm still reading it's a clear signal to stop and go to bed- I bed you could do that with reading in bed, so you don't have to worry about getting up to turn the light off. :)

    Very good point about being social! And finding those social media tags that are positive about books. That definitely helps fight drudgery. And also usually results in a list of more books to check out. :D
