Still, the intermixing of the flowers, along with the concept brought on by the title make a dress in the woods seem more fitting for this one.Heidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00416898799044848769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2790614306320534072.post-61951437072663023972012-05-18T18:32:20.447-04:002012-05-18T18:32:20.447-04:00+JMJ+

My fir...+JMJ+

Thanks so much for quoting me! =D

My first choice was The Hedgewitch Queen because it looks the least fake . . . but then I thought about it some more and realised that the cover tells us nothing about what to expect from the story. And it's kind of awkward that the model looks as if she's reading the author's name. =P

So I'm going with The Treachery of Beautiful Things. It may look totally photoshopped, but the ominous, shadowy background and creeping vines in the foreground seem to reflect the title. And the model's looking over her shoulder shows that she suspects some treachery as well! It all means something and isn't just pretty.Enbrethilielhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03414765854670926854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2790614306320534072.post-1540954285837822482012-05-18T16:24:39.955-04:002012-05-18T16:24:39.955-04:00You know what, I though I liked the first and thir...You know what, I though I liked the first and third covers best, but upon reflection (the philosopher in me is coming out), I've come to the conclusion that HOLY GRACIOUS I flipping LOVE the cover for "Chosen". I'm a blue girl, all the way, and that cover is just stunning.

Great choice for FFO!!

Sierra @ Yearning to Read
www.yearningtoread.blogspot.comSierra Abramshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09330264859252593838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2790614306320534072.post-65375778975860907072012-05-18T09:03:38.211-04:002012-05-18T09:03:38.211-04:00Yeah, I think I have to agree with everyone else s...Yeah, I think I have to agree with everyone else so far and go with Treachery of Beautiful Things. It did it best.

Second is Chosen because of the blue. The Hedgewitch Queen is just boring.

I love that the model looks unique (aka possible non-white? maybe?), but she needs to eat some sandwiches. Look at her bony arms!Christinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00370486039531015541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2790614306320534072.post-12706588309181510792012-05-18T08:59:12.529-04:002012-05-18T08:59:12.529-04:00The Treachery of Beautiful Things!
