Literary Dinner Party Tag

Alright, I thought I'd try to squeeze in another tag before this month's Book Chat, so I'm back with Renee's LITERARY DINNER PARTY tag. I love a good hypothetical dinner party (you know, which celebrity, which author, etc), but I'd never done one with literary characters, so yay!
Let me know what you think of my "guests" - or who you would invite - in the comments!
And don't forget to check out Renee's original video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNpwi-cPyRI

  1. I haven't read a lot of the books you mentioned, but Lord Akeldama and Jay Gatsby are awesome choices. Plus your ending music just made me deliriously happy. I so was not expected Danse Macabre.

  2. I've been playing around with a lot of songs, trying to find one that works for me, and though I probably will change it up and not always go with the same thing, Danse Macabre is definitely staying in the rotation!

  3. Thanks, Misty. Now I can't do this tag because too many of my answers would be THE SAME.

    I kid.

I totally agree with Cupcake, Gatsby, all the Austen characters, Pearl, Evie, and Cassandra Mortmain. I'd love to meet all of them. I've only got about 100 pages left of DRINK, SLAY, LOVE and it is SO GOOD. Off to go finish that now, in fact.

  4. DO IT ANYWAY, Liz.

Or you can just come to my dinner party. =D
