Book Chat: Villains

Click here to be taken to the Helluva Halloween Main Page!
It's Book Chat time!  This week, in honor of Helluva Halloween, the topic is villains.  As always, everyone is welcome to participate in Book Chat with their own vlog or blog post about the topic, which you can link up at the linky below.  Can't wait to see who your favorite villains are!

If you want to get the jump on next week, the topic is: Favorite Scary Stories!

  1. I agree about villians! The "real" people that show the worst side of human nature are far more frightening than monsters.

  2. My son was creeped out by the movie Coraline. My father in law took him and he said, "It was weird. I'm not sure what to think." I wonder how close to the book the movie was. If a movie gets that reaction, I can only imaging what to book is like. Neil Gaiman is great!

  4. Now I want to read Coroline! I loved the Chaos Walking books, and I've been wanting to read The Replacement and Meridian FOREVER!

  5. I challenged your Voldemort assessment at the end and shared my favorite villain from Harry Potter! I'm not sure if all of my villains count but it was a super fun post. Thanks for sharing yours and inviting us to do the same!

  6. Amber, whatever you think counts, counts. If it's a villain to you, it's valid. :)

  7. Great picks for villains. I have read and been creeped out by nearly every one of them. I still have to read Chaos Walking and Meridian, but it's good to know they have some good evil guys in them.
