Oh, and they have shirts!

I should have mentioned this in the post A Note about my Birthday Giveaway and Better World Books, but I forgot, and I don't want to just add it because then people who have already read that one will  miss it.

A few more things I like about BWB:

They now have shirts!  I can't even tell you how much I want a That's What She Read shirt...

They send you an email from the books you purchase.  It's cute and funny, and the books thank you for choosing them.  I love it.

They have a sense of humor.  If you  didn't guess from the That's What She Read shirt, or from the letter your 'books' send you, thanking you for rescuing them from "Jane Eyre (drama queen) and Fundamentals of Thermodynamics (pyromaniac)" (or various other titles), BWB has a sense of humor.  When you place your order, they inform you that they'll get the books to you just as soon as they're done posing for this picture:
I love that.

They have sidewalk sales.  You can enter your zipcode and they will show you books that came from libraries near you -- and a portion of the proceeds go to those libraries.  Even super-awesomer than normal.

They host live, in-person bookclubs at participating Whole Foods locations across the country.  I just love that idea.  They really are a book lover's community.

They have a blog.  And it's great.  Their employee contributors are funny and well read, there's something for everybody, and they let you know about great titles you've never heard of.  It's like traditional bookstore staff picks, but so much better.

Alright, I'll stop inundating you with my BWB love now.  I just thought you should know.
